Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 1 hour without giving any reason for doing so. In case of customer request for Refund, it will be processed through same mode within 10 working days. Products can be returned within 24 hours from the day of delivery.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Cancellation Before Shipment

If the order or the items that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on info@mirahbelle.com or call us on our Helpline No: +91 85888 48418 ( Mon-Sat 10:00AM-6:00PM ).

In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request.

Cancellation Post Shipment

If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our Customer Support team on. info@mirahbelle.com

In case you have cancelled an order, which has already been handed over to the courier company on our end, they may still attempt delivery. Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.

Once we receive the product back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund your money within 7-10 business days. You will be notified of the same by email.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Return & Refund Policy

There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. Refunds

We will process the refund after receiving the receipt of the product by Supreme Mobiles. All refunds will be routed through any other bank debit or credit card accounts after adjusting the cancellation charges. Refund will be processed based on the Payment Mode of the order.

For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 5 working days of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account statement.

For cash on delivery transactions,we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email about the status of your return.

In case, your return has been accepted, the refund amount will be processed immediately. A credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3-7 working days.

Note: Any case of replacement, is subject to availability of stock. In an event of non-availability of stock, refund will be initiated for the full amount.

Free Gift & Gift with Purchase

Free gift or gift with purchase has to be returned in case of a return/exchange/ replacement or cancellation request.

Partial Cancellation/Return

In an event of multiple products have been ordered, one can initiate a return/replacement/refund for any individual item. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any free gift or gift with purchase given along with it.

Shipping Policy

We usually ship the product within 2 working days after receiving the order and try and deliver them within a week.
